At the “Employment Bridge – Accompanying Employers and People with Visual Impairments” conference organised by Sao Mai Center for the Blind with support from The Nippon Foundation on 27 November 2025, businesses, employers, support organisations and jobseekers with visual impairments came together to discuss inclusive employment opportunities in a changing context.

The “Employment Bridge – Accompanying Employers and People with Visual Impairments” conference, organised by Sao Mai for the Blind with support from The Nippon Foundation, was not only a space to connect employers with people with visual impairments, but also an opportunity to discuss what is needed to build inclusive workplaces.

At the “Employment Bridge – Accompanying Employers and People with Visual Impairments” conference held by Sao Mai Center for the Blind with support from The Nippon Foundation, speaker Bùi Ngọc Thịnh, founder of Ngọc Thịnh Studio, shared an inspiring story that affirmed a clear message: technology can be a powerful key that opens opportunities for people with visual impairments.

At the “Employment Bridge – Accompanying Employers and People with Visual Impairments” conference, organized on November 27 by Sao Mai Center for the Blind with support from The Nippon Foundation, participants listened to the story of Nghiêm Thu Loan. Her journey shows how a series of closed doors can become the starting point for building dreams, creating value, and contributing back to the community.

The “Employment Bridge – Accompanying Employers and People with Visual Impairments” conference, organized by Sao Mai Center for the Blind with support from The Nippon Foundation, has ended, but the words of speaker Lê Trang continue to stay with many participants.

“As long as we have a voice, we already have a door to step into the world.” This is the message she shared, drawn from her own ten-year journey of persistence.

On 27 November 2025, Sao Mai Center for the Blind successfully organized the event “Employment Bridge – Accompanying Employers and People with Visual Impairments” at Orchids Saigon Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City.
