On the afternoon of 27 November 2025, as part of the event “Employment Bridge – Accompanying Employers and People with Visual Impairments” organised by Sao Mai Center for the Blind with the support of The Nippon Foundation, the job fair area became the most dynamic meeting point of the day. While the morning session helped address questions through information and perspectives, the afternoon created space for employers and candidates to engage in direct, practical, and meaningful conversations.

At the “Employment Bridge – Accompanying Employers and People with Visual Impairments” conference organised by Sao Mai Center for the Blind with support from The Nippon Foundation on 27 November 2025, businesses, employers, support organisations and jobseekers with visual impairments came together to discuss inclusive employment opportunities in a changing context.

The “Employment Bridge – Accompanying Employers and People with Visual Impairments” conference, organised by Sao Mai for the Blind with support from The Nippon Foundation, was not only a space to connect employers with people with visual impairments, but also an opportunity to discuss what is needed to build inclusive workplaces.

At the “Employment Bridge – Accompanying Employers and People with Visual Impairments” conference held by Sao Mai Center for the Blind with support from The Nippon Foundation, speaker Bùi Ngọc Thịnh, founder of Ngọc Thịnh Studio, shared an inspiring story that affirmed a clear message: technology can be a powerful key that opens opportunities for people with visual impairments.

Her journey shows how a series of closed doors can become the starting point for building dreams, creating value, and contributing back to the community.
