Mr. Hoang Xuan Linh was born in 1974. He completed the computer science major from the HCMC Open University.
He has many years of experience in the field of maintenance, solving issues and repairing computers, plus invaluable knowledge and experience with the assistive technology equipment for the visually impaired.
At present he is deputy director in charge of internal affairs and technology of Sao Mai Center.
